Biological Cleaning

Radicle C8 is a concentrated biological cleaning liquid that must be diluted prior to use. It contains a blend of natural bacteria, enzymes and detergents. The natural agents digest the causes of malodours in bathrooms – especially around the loo.

It is a transparent, colourless liquid with a citrus fragrance. Its fragrance and gentle descaling action make it ideal for cleaning bathrooms: in addtion to odour removal C8 also digests fats, soap scum and difficult-to-reach organic matter in showers and on tiling.

Radicle C8 complements the Radicle B40/B70 waterless urinal blocks perfectly.

It is also a perfect ‘spray on and leave’ product in waterless urinals: remove any debris, spray onto urinal surfaces and leave. Unlike traditional chemicals, the ‘friendly’ bacteria will keep on working in conjunction with the blocks.

The principle active ingedient of Radicle C8 are naturally-occurring, completely safe bacteria. They are abundant in soil – you’ll find a million or so in every gram – and in the human gut. They are also a marker for honey bee health and are sold as a dietary supplement in some countries.

The product also contains natural xanthan gum to keep the friendly bacteria in suspension, a tiny amount of natural plant-based detergent to help the bacteria penetrate soiling and citric acid to keep the product stable on the shelf.

When using to refill Radicle T7 trigger bottles add the correct amout of C8 for the application and fill to top with cold tap water. Wash empty trigger bottle beforehand. Do not allow contamination or soiling to enter.

C8 is also ideal for mopping applications. Just ensure the bucket and mop have been rinsed out to remove any residual chemical that might affect the activity of the natural bacteria in C8.

Suggested dilution rates are 10:1 to 100:1. Our calculator will work out dilution factors for you; it’s based on out 10ml / 30ml push pump – similar pumps tend to dose 25-32 ml; many are based on a fluid ounce which is 28.4ml UK,  29.6ml US.
